A: Yes. A recently passed law here in CA states you must make you property available to Section 8.

Q: Can I reach you after hours?
A: Yes you can. All property owners are give our office number, our emergency number, as well as my cell phone number.
Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: We are equipped to do just that. Our bank, your bank, and The Federal Reserve make it happen every month.
Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: One of the services we provide is a no cost to you lease signing. We will provide a copy if you so desire.
Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: We also provide buying and selling services to the property owners we work with.
Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: We can directly deposit them to your account, we can mail them to you, or we
will hold your check in our offices for you to come and pick up. The choice is yours.
Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Tenants bring the rent to us, or mail it to us, or pay the rent electronically.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: The initial signing is for one year. After that, the tenant can choose
to go month-to-month, or sign another one year lease.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: The same amount as their initial rent.

A: You will receive a monthly accounting statement, and any receipts for services or repairs.

A: Typically we do. This is primarily so you are never under the gun to get the
accounting and settlement done by the required date set by the state of CA.
